If the referral results in a signed contract, you’ll receive a referral reward as outlined below.
What Makes a Qualified Referral
A qualified referral generally includes:
- A real construction project (commercial or large residential)
- A legitimate decision-maker (owner, developer, property manager, etc.)
- A defined scope and realistic budget
- A project within our service area
- A project not already known to or actively pursued by our company
Submitting a referral does not guarantee acceptance or payment.
Referral Reward
Referral rewards are based on project size and scope.
- Rewards vary by project
- High-value projects may qualify for significant cash rewards, up to $50,000
- Exact reward details are confirmed after lead qualification
Referral rewards are issued only after the project contract is executed and initial payment terms are met.
Important Program Rules & Conditions
To keep this program fair and professional, the following rules apply:
- Referrals must be new and not currently in our active pipeline
- Only the first submitted referral for a project is eligible
- Referral must be submitted before direct contact or contract discussions occur
- Referral rewards are paid only after a signed contract is executed
- No rewards will be paid for competitive bid situations, public-sector projects, or conflicts of interest
- Referrals may not violate any client, employer, or ethical policies
- Program participation does not create an agency, sales, or employment relationship
- Maple Creek Construction reserves the right to approve, modify, or deny referral rewards at its discretion
Referral rewards are intended as a marketing incentive and are not meant to influence purchasing decisions or violate gift or procurement policies.
Payment Timing
Approved referral rewards are typically paid:
- Within 30 days of contract execution or
- After receipt of the first project payment
