Chris Herschleb
President and FounderChris founded MCC in 2006, following more than a decade of working in the construction industry, from the ground up. Since the company’s founding, Chris has led nearly 60 successful projects, spanning multifamily developments, hotels, restaurants, and light commercial construction. He is active in his community and serves as an assistant football coach for Columbus (Wisconsin) High School. Chris is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
Ken Hanson
Vice President Of ConstructionKen has served as the Vice President of Construction for Maple Creek Construction since 2016, where he is instrumental in overseeing projects and ensuring quality standards are met. With a strong background in the construction industry, Ken combines leadership and expertise to drive the company’s success. Ken is a devoted father who enjoys attending his children’s sporting events, with a particular passion for hockey.
Helen Klock
Office ManagerHelen has been the Office Manager at Maple Creek Construction since 2021, where she plays a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the team. With a passion for organization and problem-solving, Helen brings a wealth of experience to her position, helping to streamline processes and enhance productivity. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her beloved Australian Shepherd, Everest, who keeps her active and brings joy to her daily life.
Mike Peterson
Senior SuperintendentMike has been a Senior Superintendent with MCC since 2019. A former college hockey player from Bemidji, MN, Mike brings a competitive spirit and a strong work ethic to his professional endeavors. Outside of work, he takes immense pride in his two sons, who are currently pursuing medical degrees in college.
Tarek Herschleb
Construction SuperintendentTarek is a Construction Superintendent at Maple Creek Construction, a role he started in 2023. A veteran of the United States Air Force, Tarek brings a strong sense of discipline and leadership to his work. He has a deep appreciation for vintage items, often finding joy in restoring old things and giving them new life.
Justin Sterwald
Construction SuperintendentJustin has been a Construction Superintendent at MCC since 2023. With a hands-on approach to his work, Justin enjoys tackling construction projects both professionally and in his personal life, constantly honing his skills. When he’s not overseeing projects, he enjoys spending time in his workshop, where he loves to tinker and create.
