President’s Message
As we wrap up the year, I want to take a moment to reflect on what we’ve accomplished together. This year’s progress came from hard work, teamwork, and a shared commitment to doing things the right way.
To our Clients – thank you for trusting MCC Construction. You didn’t just hire us to build projects; you trusted us to deliver results, solve problems, and protect your investment. We worked every day to earn that trust and treated every project as if it were our own.
To our Subcontractors and Suppliers – you played a critical role in our success. Strong projects are built on strong partnerships, and we appreciate the reliability, craftsmanship, and professionalism you brought to every job. When we won, we won together.
And to our Employees – this company runs on your effort. From the field to the office, you pushed through tight schedules, changing conditions, and high expectations. You represented MCC Construction with pride, and that showed in the quality of our work and the respect we earned on every site.

Q4 was when it all showed. Schedules got tight, the weather didn’t cooperate, and expectations didn’t let up. What I saw instead were crews staying focused, project teams communicating clearly, and people taking pride in doing solid work, even when no one was watching. That mattered. I’m proud of what we accomplished together and excited about where we’re headed. Let’s carry the same grit, accountability, and pride into the year ahead. I truly mean it when I say thank you. Merry Christmas, and best wishes for a Happy New Year to all. Chris Herschleb, President |

MCC’s Goodness Committee:
Christmas Party

|
We celebrated our Annual Christmas Party at The Concourse Hotel, surrounded by great food and even better company. With several new hires joining us this year, the group was bigger than ever—which only added to the energy and fun of the evening. It was a wonderful chance to slow down, connect outside of work, and celebrate the growth and successes of our team over the past year. |

Safety Corner:
MCC Keeps Projects Safely on Track during Winter Months
Keeping commercial construction projects moving during the cold weather months requires planning, flexibility, and a strong focus on safety and quality. Our team prepares for winter conditions by keeping a close eye on weather forecasts, protecting materials from freezing temperatures (i.e. concrete blankets), and ensuring equipment is properly maintained for cold starts and reduced traction.
